Shaanxi University of Science and Technology (SUST) located by scenic Ba River and Weiyang Lake in the historic city of Xi’an, cradle of China’s civilization of more than 5000 years, is the only multidisciplinary university specializing in light industry science, technology and engineering in West China. SUST is supported by National University Basic Ability Construction Project-Mid and West, and Shaanxi Province Advanced Level University Construction Project. Current tenured faculty headcounts amount to 1200 with approximately 600 with advanced appointments, supervising over 21000 degree program students including around 3000 master and PhD degree program students. SUST has 3 postdoctoral research stations, 2 first level and 16 second level doctoral degree-granting disciplines, 16 first level and 67 second level master degree-granting disciplines, 58 undergraduate programs spanning 8 major disciplines including engineering, sciences, management, literature, economics, law, medical science, and the arts. SUST is home to 6 provincial level top disciplines, 25 key state and province laborites, research bases, engineering and technology research centers, 1 provincial level collaborative innovation center, 1 provincially supported philosophy and humanities special discipline, 5 provincial level model stations of graduate joint education，5 university level academician workstations. In January 2017, SUST material science discipline enters the top 1% of ESI ranking for the first time, stepping international first-rate discipline.

一般應(yīng)在海外取得博士學(xué)位，不超過(guò)50歲，在國(guó)外著名高校、科研院所、國(guó)際知名企業(yè)和金融機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任正教授或相當(dāng)職務(wù)，從事自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)以及經(jīng)濟(jì)金融、管理等領(lǐng)域的研究工作，具有世界一流研究水平，近5年在國(guó)際重要核心刊物上發(fā)表過(guò)具有重要影響的學(xué)術(shù)論文;獲得國(guó)際重要科技獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)、掌握重要實(shí)驗(yàn)技能或科學(xué)工程建設(shè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。
Qualification:
Applicants for Distinguished Professors (under 50) must hold a PhD degree with a top overseas university or research institution, and should have been working as professors or equivalent positions at a well-known overseas university or research institution with excellent publication record in recent 5 years, major international awards for science and technology, key experiment skills or technologies in scientific engineering.
2.薪酬待遇：
(1)無(wú)償提供140㎡校內(nèi)住房一套，并一次性提供安家費(fèi)60萬(wàn)元(稅前);
(2)自然科學(xué)類(lèi)提供300-600萬(wàn)元(其中理科類(lèi)提供100-200萬(wàn)元)，人文社科類(lèi)提供60-120萬(wàn)元的科研啟動(dòng)費(fèi);
(3)聘為三級(jí)及以上教授、博士生導(dǎo)師，除享受所聘崗位待遇外，另按合同約定執(zhí)行協(xié)議工資60-80萬(wàn)元/年(稅前);

Qualifications:
1. Thousand Youth Talents Plan fellows.
2. Applicants should be under 40, hold a PhD degree in natural science and engineering and have no less than three consecutive years of overseas research experience. Applicants should have worked in official positions in overseas universities or research institutes with certain influence in their research fields and the potential to become future research or technology leaders in his/her field.
2.薪酬待遇：

(1)近五年以第一作者發(fā)表本領(lǐng)域ESI高被引學(xué)術(shù)論文1篇，或SCI一區(qū)期刊(JCR分區(qū))學(xué)術(shù)論文2篇，或SCI二區(qū)及以上期刊(JCR分區(qū))或影響因子大于3.0的學(xué)術(shù)論文5篇，且主持或參與重大科研項(xiàng)目;
(2)具有2年海外知名高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)或知名企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)的工作經(jīng)歷，具有副(助)研究員職位或博士后研究員職務(wù)。
Qualifications: Applicants (under 33), must hold a PhD degree or have a post-doctoral research experience with a top overseas university or research institution with strong research potential and leadership, and meet one of the following requirements:
(1) Publication of 1 ESI high citation paper, or 2 SCI JCR-Q1 papers, or 5 SCI JCR-Q2 papers or 5 papers with impact factor above 3.0 as the first author in recent 5 years, and experience of primary investigator or co-investigator in important research projects;
(2) 2 years of experience at overseas universities, research institutions or top enterprises with associate (assistant) professorship or post-doctoral fellowship.

(1)提供100㎡-120㎡學(xué)校有償集資住房一套，并一次性提供安家費(fèi)30萬(wàn)元(稅前);

(1)近五年以第一作者發(fā)表SCI一區(qū)期刊(JCR分區(qū))學(xué)術(shù)論文，或SCI二區(qū)及以上期刊(JCR分區(qū))或影響因子大于3.0的學(xué)術(shù)論文3篇，或在SCI和EI期刊累計(jì)發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文6篇。
(2)具有海外知名高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)或知名企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)的工作經(jīng)歷，具有副(助)研究員職位或博士后研究員職務(wù)。
Qualifications: Applicants (under 30), must hold a PhD degree or have a post-doctoral experience with a top overseas university or research institution, and meet one of the following requirements:
(1) Publication of SCI JCR-Q1 paper, or 3 SCI JCR-Q2 papers or 3 papers with impact factor above 3.0, or 6 SCI /EI journal papers as the first author in recent 5 years;

(2)提供自然科學(xué)類(lèi)20萬(wàn)元，人文社科類(lèi)15萬(wàn)元的科研經(jīng)費(fèi);
